Living Life From The Heart – Daily Tools For Coping

There are so many tools to help us live a happy life and everyday I have to remind myself to be grateful. The tools can be overwhelming; how can it be that difficult to live a happy life and I ask myself why do I need all this support.  Some days it is much easier than others, I have a song in my heart the minute I wake up and then other days that song is dead. One tool that I enjoy  is a daily email I receive from In The Rooms. I am not active on the website but I do subscribe to the Daily Meditations by Alan Cohen, I don’t know who he is, but the daily emails are free. They probably would not mind a donation.

Natures little reminders

Like so many days,  I was skeptical when I opened up the email today, feeling in a funk and thinking nothing will help. Then as I began to read this simple meditation hit a chord that I needed to hear,  living  life from the heart. How simple and I know it, but it is easy to lose it. Once again it brought me back. This is a small quote from the daily meditation:

When I feel stuck, I remind myself of my true purpose. I am not here to gather accolades; I am here to remember who I am and express it without apology. Come from your heart, and the world will bless you with peace.

If you are interested in subscribing to the Daily Meditations you must join or have a login. I like the emails they are random  and I never know what I am going to get for the day.
